Ok I have got the no scratch and will be trying it out today on a neg that I will damage and then see how well it does.
I aslo got three bottles of Marshalls SPOT ALL LIQUIDS.
The store sold me the set
Neutral Black.
Selenium Brown.
Blue Black.
I have been looking for articles on Spotting but have not found much help. So, since 99% of my spotting is due to dust specs in the sky area am I supposed to dilue the neutral black down and down until I get a close match.
I would have thought there was a white bottle and a grey one but the store said this was the pack.
Cheers again,
James.

I would recommend using a separate brush for the No Scratch since it is a fine oil and I would think you don't want any of that in the Spot All...
Maybe even get the neg cleaned and in the holder then apply the No Scratch...I don't think you want to handle the neg too much once it's been applied...
Good Luck...

When your done wipe the oil off with film cleaner or alcohol...

What sort of enlarger - condenser or diffusion? With my (diffusion) enlarger I'm surprised how few scratches appear on prints, even when they show up easily on scans.

Looking forward to your results. :)

Hey thanks, I have some negatives that are 50 years old that I've been carrying around in my pocket, and somehow have some scratches.
