Help me with Classified "Search" Feature? (...please)

Hi, RFF Folks,

Could some one help me with the Classified Search feature?

I may have simply misplaced it...but near the bottom right of the RFF Classified page is what seems to be a textbox for Searching.

I wait for the Classified page to fully render, but even when I type "Leica" in the textbox and click "GO>", it responds with

"There were no results for your query. Go back and try another set of keywords."

I've tried it with Chrome, Firefox, and (gasp) Internet Explorer!

The classified search has date parameters. Enter your search string, then click ALL ADS.

I must still be doing it wrong....since I type "X100" in the Search box...click All Ads...and I get a list of multiple ads that don't even have the X100 string inside....at least that I can find.
Sigh...I must be getting old...er. 🙂

Sorry Robert, you are right. There seems to be glitch now.
Will get the tech guy working on it!

the classified search is not towards the top right of the classified page

click it, and you get the advanced search

which does work.

Log in,
In the classsifieds, search by user name,
or click the user name from one of their ads.

That will bring up their classified profile.

One of the links in their profile is Feedback, just click it to leave feedback.

Thanks Stephen, but I'm not getting any results when I put in user names at haven't posted ads lately; I'm trying to leave feedback for buyers.

Am I just completely missing something?

you have to place feedback while they have ads up -
unfortunately that is how the classified software was designed.
it cant search ads which have been deleted
