Any Kickstarter investors got theirs yet?
I haven't received my two yet, not worried, just checking.

I think you'll be fine. The Kickstarter site says that the rewards are being shipped out very soon; the Warehouse Specials that I bought (I wasn't an original backer) only go out after the rewards have shipped.

They sent me my tracking number yesterday and the unit was shipped today. Not sure how long it will take to get to Michigan, but I'll be ready.

You guys let us know how this goes. I have been seriously thinking about shooting film again and if i do, I will be going back to a 4x5 system that I was shooting right up until about 2005. Unfortunately I sold all my darkroom gear back then, so I am very interested in hearing your thoughts about how well this developing tank works. Thanks, Rick.

Both of mine made it today. Was a bit, concerned about the style of shipping but when I opened them up everything was fine.
Now I have to get off my fat a55 and get a job to pay for sheet film and some chemicals..........
Took much longer than expected, but the product looks very well designed and built.

Should get mine today. Sure took USPS a while to get it from Chicago to Houston.

Everything seems to take longer in the Outback of Nevada. Maybe tomorrow. Tracking shows that it left Southern California this morning. USPS is taking their sweet time with it.
That's all right though. They do get it here.

Hopefully, everyone's will have all the parts. I probably got the only one that was incomplete! Tim is shipping the holders to me. I know at times the project was a challenge for him.

Anyone use their SP445 yet? I did some C-41 and some B&W. First impressions are that I really like using only 450ml of fluid compared to 750 in a Paterson tank with the taco method. Took some practice in daylight before I was comfortable 'in the bag'. I've also found that the tank bottom is not perfectly flat...seems the lettering or something causes a little convexness that doesn't allow the tank to rest perfectly upright. We'll see how that progresses.
Overall, it seems to work fine. I'm a little clunky with my agitation but that's probably more to do with the fact that it's still new and I haven't found a comfortable/automatic way to grip the tank yet. What it comes down to, I reckon, is that I still don't trust the o-ring seal yet. We'll see.

I used mine over the weekend and I can say it's pretty awesome.
It's so simple I didn't bother practicing... just threw it and the film holders in the dark bag and a minute later I was developing. No issues with leaks, agitates wonderfully and the film came out perfect. I was a little hesitant about the o-ring system but it worked.
I may pick up another for when I do more film at once.
