Photos with the Leica M3.

A few of mine... I don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but as much as I am enjoying the samples here, I have to admit I am not sure what we are celebrating exactly - the accuracy of the shutter, the awesome viewfinder? It's not as though the same combination of film, lenses and development on a different rangefinder would be lacking sans the M3 magic, no?

I feel that we are celebrating a ground breaking camera that was incredibly well made - much better than the current MA - that still is a joy to use.

All film cameras are a light tight box w/ shutter and lens. That's not the point.

I like this second photo a lot. However, I do not like the amount of grain so much. It was shot in low light. What can I do in the future to avoid so much grain?
