Pictures of Canada taken by Canadian Leica.

Thank you, Helen! I did some work under M4-2 top plate. Now I see less host frames and its famous light leak is showing less, for now.

I have Fuji 250D as my summer bw film (some of the scans above were taking on this film), purchased some older 400 ISO film for darker time of the year and another box of old FB paper.
I get used to M4-2 to the point, I don't use exposure meter anymore, but it needs constant practice 🙂

I was able to have few days off the work in this year.
We went up north to camp at two different sites close to lake Huron.

M4-2 with Jupiter-12 (sn 5000128) printed on foggy PAL 5x7 paper.

Bell mobile was working in the middle of the lake Huron. I have no chance to escape from my job even where.

We get lucky and wind was on the opposite shore. We didn't jumped, but dived little bit 🙂

M4-2 with 35mm lens. Must be Summarit, J-12 is softer.
Ilford Ilfobrom 3 5x7. Paper is hit and miss at this age. I really have to use some lyth developer for it instead of regular.

Recruiting event.

We spend record amount of money and time for Halloween this year.

With M4-2. On Ilford Ilfobrom 8x10.

And we were not alone on spending 🙂

I like your Halloween series, specially this photo. The expression on the face of the young boy and the attitude (not sure if this is the correct word!) of the two adults make it very interesting. Well seen and well done!

With M4-2 in Toronto. It used to be called AirCanada Center. Indoor arena. Raptors, Maple Leafs. Next to Union Station.

My commute is kind of adventurous, very torontoish way...

Maybe 🙂.

I never rode Toronto Streetcar from 2003 to 2019. Bus I did few times.

After getting job in Toronto (2019) I was accepted by my colleagues. One day I went to their regular house party. Host told me - just go to King and get on the direct streetcar. But, no, I asked Google. And this dummy told me - walk two km and then take express bus.
So, we went with another colleague. And... no such bus. We went up to the King for the streetcar.

Well, we took about four or three of them. This is close to the party place. Waiting for the streetcar.

It came and after sometime we almost get to the place, but... the loop. Streetcars were standing and waiting for first in line to dispatch. After twenty or so minutes we gave up and left it.
Lonely coyote was wandering on the tracks.

We started walking and streetcar we left, passed by...
It was my longest commute in Toronto. Two and half hours. For 12 km. If we walked, it would be the same.

It took another two hours to get home after party. Another streetcar, Go train and my wife picked me up at the end.

Taken by M4-2 with Summarit-M 35 2.5.

M4-2 with Summarit-M 35 2.5 and Kodak Ultramax 400.
...

I like that. There are a lot of pleasing and interesting aspects to that photo, but a person can also look at it in an uncomplicated manner as just art.

I notice at the lower right, a woman seems to be making a cellphone photo.

Good series, I love the tone and the grain you have from the way you use the film.
I specially like the "lonely coyote" photo because of the sense of solitude it brings...
good work, thanks for posting.
