Pictures of Canada taken by Canadian Leica.

Sold Elmarit-M 28 III, it was too wide for me. I have to get very close to people and it was difficult to frame all in. No need to keep M4-P due to this either.

M4-2 needs CLA (advance is tight and shutter is clipping at 1/500).

J-12 dressed for street (f5.6) on M4-2. 8x10 RC paper darkroom print.

J-3 (f1.5) on M3 (ELC). Same old Agfa paper as above.

Two roads from home to our company office are under construction, two roads between those two roads are also under construction. Slow construction.

Leica problems...

I returned this M4-2 from Japan about three years ago. As is no service was needed. Took it with me everywhere. Peterborough, Detroit, Ottawa, Montreal, Moscow... Used it as everyday, going to Toronto and for hikes camera. Was skating with it on me on Rideau channel under snowfall and -28C. Went with it up to Georgian Bay in winter. And dropped it on the sidewalk in Toronto. Bodo fixed it, but no CLA was necessary.
Now he and another repair person passed away and M4-2 needs CLA...

M4-2 was given to Mr. Smith. He was amused about condition of M4-2.

Couple of pictures.

This one was exposed before american election.

Taken with M3 ELC and Rigid Cron, which I decided to keep on M3 little bit longer. Kentmere 400 film.

This one bellow was taken beside local Walmart entrance after american election.
I have no clue what Trum pence means. But car was trashy, perhaps after long road trip.

It was taken on crazy hot summer morning on my walk to customer site in Toronto.
M4-P and Elmarit-M 28 III.

I've decided to try I-22 on M3 ELC. It is Kazan factory version and I paid 19$. Re-shimming was easy once I know how to 🙂

Some low light photography with this set. Film is 400 ISO RPX. Shutter speed is 1/10 and slower.

The place I was working is near Toronto Exhibition. They have buildings, stadium and Go Train station, which is next to Union (Central) station. Evening rush hours I have to wait one hour to get on train...
I went to look around, because it was some people going somewhere. I followed and it was Maple Leafs kids club
event
.

Went back to Go Station, took pictures of police horses, palace entrance nearby:

And took the seat to wait and check what was on-line. Old lady stopped by and asked for directions. I realized she must speak Russian and we continued in Russian. I used Toronto transit app to find where we have to go. We went and ... nothing. All buses stops were gone at this Exhibition Place. I have to walk with her and show her how to get to next available bus station. Barely made it for my train after all...

You are a kind soul Kostya.

You are ...
Thank you 🙂.

This place (Liberty Village) is misterios in what and other way to me.
One of the previous on-site working days we worked very late and at the end I ended up going to the hospital in Toronto to meet my wife and daughter. Nothing serious, more like consultation, but unexpected.

Those are two pictures I took while walking up to the hospital from Union station:

Silent Night was originally written in Germany.

Stille Nacht, heilige Nacht,
Alles schläft; einsam wacht
Nur das traute hochheilige Paar.
Holder Knabe im lockigen Haar,
Schlaf in himmlischer Ruh!
Schlaf in himmlischer Ruh!

Stille Nacht, heilige Nacht,
Hirten erst kundgemacht
Durch der Engel Halleluja,
Tönt es laut von fern und nah:
Christ, der Retter ist da!
Christ, der Retter ist da!

Stille Nacht, heilige Nacht,
Gottes Sohn, o wie lacht
Lieb' aus deinem göttlichen Mund,
Da uns schlägt die rettende Stund'.
Christ, in deiner Geburt!
Christ, in deiner Geburt!

Father Joseph Mohr.

It was another walk in Toronto after work, about three weeks ago. I spent some time and paper to get these prints more less right.
