Guys,

1) I used M6 before, would be any big difference start using M5? As I understand M5 is also TTL- camera.
2) Is it possible to use standard Leica magnifyer on Leica M5?

many thanks in advance.

regards,
Alex

I had an M6 and have an M5. I find the M5 is a bit bigger and heavier but much more ergonomic and the shutter speed dial is so much easier to use without taking your eye from the finder. It's also a match needle display rather than the 3 lights, and it gives you the shutter speed in the viewfinder. I find it much easier to meter and shoot with the M5.

I can't say about the magnifier though!

The M5 is my favorite of all the M cameras. It is bigger and bulkier than other M cameras, which I like because it fits my hands better. Other people don't like the bulk.

The magnifier will work fine on the M5.

I second the comments above. M5 is bulkier but very comfortable. And the meter is simple and amazingly accurate. All the information is within the viewfinder. You'll enjoy it.
