Recent experiences with Fotopia or M&K?

Does anyone have any recent experience buying a Leica film camera or lens from either of these two HK shops?

I have sold stuff on consignment to and bought from both recently. These two shops are known locally to be expensive especially the former which caters to the collector’s market.

I have made a couple of (expensive) purchases of uncommon Leica items from Fotopia, and they were top rate, both the quality of the items, (an LTM 35/2.8 Summaron, and a Kanto black paint 8 element 35 Summicron V1), and the professionalism with which the transaction was handled.
I usually go a cheaper route, but these two things I have never seen in this condition elsewhere, so would happily deal with them again in specific situations.
