rectangular cap for 24mm f2.8

Much appreciate a bit of help from anyone who knows the cap that fits on the 12536 hood for the Elmarit M 28mm f2.8. (it's the third version with the long nose.) Have the hood but not the cap.

If you know the number for the cap that would be a great help. And if you know where one's available, that would be great to.
