Since Leicas are steeped in history and legacy I always think about the things these cameras have seen and the stories they could tell. Many of the biggest events in modern history were captured on Leica cameras. Owning one obviously makes you feel like you own a piece of the past, a piece of history. Curious if anyone has put any effort into trying to track down previous owners of their film Leicas and further understand the history of their specific body? Thought you could probably develop a pretty cool photo series based on discovering the history of where your camera has been and what it's seen.
