I managed to jam the shutter on my Iskra: can anyone recommend a repairer in the UK?
(Don't want to send it abroad - and before someone mentions Oleg K, he no longer repairs Iskras.)
Other than the jammed shutter, the camera's in excellent condition: the bellows are light-tight, the film advance/counter works properly, and all the controls/levers move smoothly and easily - - so it would be shame not to get it sorted.
To avoid cross-posting, please reply in this thread - thanks.

You might try '' Ed Trzoska ''
Euro Photo Services

According to Ivor matanle in A.P , he can sort just about anything - at a price !
Whether it would be '' worth '' it , is another question .

I've had good results with Sendean's of London (http://www.sendeancameras.co.uk/) - so far they've serviced a Kodak Retina IIc, a Konica IIIA, a Leidolf Lordomat, and a Nikon S2 for me; the people there seem to have a great love of old and quirky cameras.
The only problem I have is that every time I visit their shop, I feel the overwhelming urge to buy half the cameras in their display cabinets.
