But, but, but... I find the composition just right. Aside from generally not being the best practie to cut anything out of your sublect, here the sneaker has a meaning, to my eye at least. Right at the "missing" sneaker begins you diagonal composition... up and to the right. You missed a historic moment, probably a girl passed by and distracted young you :-) Well then, you are excused.
