I believe coffee has to have flavour to be drank black... most North American coffee, IMHO, has none. Thus, I drink my Nescafe Taster's Choice w/ French Vanilla Creamer.
But, when the cousins send me kava from the Czech Republic... it is definitely drank black... because it is full of flavour! 🙂
