Took the plunge, ordered a 35mm biogon new from popflash!
Should be here early next week.
It was the last piece of the puzzle, I stopped agonizing over if I would be happier with this or the Summicron but I've finally picked the Biogon.

So GAS free for good! (We'll see)

So until I have my lens I wan't to see as many Biogon pictures as possible in this thread! And I'l contribute my share when I get it.

So it came today...Love it.
It spent the entire day on the M6 and I just got home from developing and printing and I'm very happy with the results. I really like this lens. I don't really have anything to post right now because I've just been shooting film maybe I'l bring the M8 out tommorow.

Here it is wide open on the M8 (Self Portrait Mirror shot of course...it's been a long day and the creative juices are gone)

And some post processing...

Anyway, sizewise it's great, not to small, not to big. I actually like the focusing nub a lot. Build construction seems good, although time will tell with that.
I'm really excited and might go out again tonight with the M6/M8/35Biogon/75lux combo.

I have to say - the more I see from the 35mm Biogon the more I like it. Do you have any recollection of what aperture the last two exposures were taken at?

Nothing in depth yet, I don't like to jump to conclusions. I'l post a more in depth review in time but I do really like this combo.

I really want to say 2 and then 4 but I'm not sure. The second to last is wide open or really close and I stopped down a little for the last.

Thanks! I really like the Biogon wide open, actually, I really like it anywhere on the spectrum but I was really pleased with it wide open.
