Hi, I realize this camera is probably not a true rangefinder but I was hoping I could find some help here. I have searched for a user's manual copy online, but have come up empty. Does anyone here know where I might get one, or can explain to me how to work the camera? Thanks for any help.

Hi, I did see this, but didn't read it further because the cameras are not the same (ME-1 has no film advance lever at the top or rewind knob). Do you know if the focus and flash systems are the same, also the battery type. If so, I'll download this. Thanks for your help.

It takes an EP-675R battery from what I can find and was produced in 1978 which is five years after ME production started...that is all I find.
It should be a zone focus camera with internal metering or this model could have auto exposure....Good luck...Roger

Hi
Did you get this issue sorted?
A Yashica 35ME 1 has just come my way, and I am having a play with it at present.
First job is to do the seals.
