Web site tools, building your own web site for your photos

Hello all,

I've been considering for a long time to create my own website to have something other than Flickr or a few other photo-sharing sites for showing and sharing my images. A couple years ago when I considered doing this I was overwhelmed by the choices and various ways to go on creating one's own website.

Recently in a photo magazine I saw an ad and also an editorial discussing a web building tool and hosting service targeted towards photographers and thought I'd give it a try. They let me create a site on a trial basis that ends this weekend.

I would love to get people's opinions of thoughts of what I've put together so far and also the sharing of any other tools or services that other's may be using to create and host their own photography websites.

Actually Richard there is a navigation glitch. When I click on "more portfolios" and then follow a link from there, I get a "previous - next" page with no thumbnails below and no navigation sidebar to the left.

Other than that I really like the basic interface. The only thing I would wish for is a slideshow feature.

BTW like the images a lot.

Thanks for all the comments guys. Yes, this "bug" I found too and I called them and they are fixing it....

Very good images and I like (except the aforementioned glitch) how your site looks and works. And I don't miss a slide show; I like being able to set my own pace.
