I took my M2 + 2,8/35 and a yellow filter (1) out along the river shore on a sunny februari day. The darkroom prints surpass my neg scanning abilities; I hardly applied any PP.
I really like the 'tonality' of this lens.

Beautiful art site, Erik. Most I liked the tree #5, V view against the sky. Gentle touch and creative ideas. The 2 thread and needles/shadows are my fav.

Hi Erik,
Thanks for sharing those. I had one of these lenses years back and made some prints that I've never scanned but that I liked a lot. One was a lake landscape shot with orange filter. Your scans here seem to be missing a bit in the low end so there aren't true blacks coming through. But they look quite good nonetheless. The last of the 5 is my favorite.

Beautiful shots, dear friend. I own too a goggled Summaron 35/2.8, one of my preferred Leitz M lens.
Ciao.

Prachtig Erik!! Beautiful print work. That reminds that I still need to develop a number of rolls.

Those are lovely, thanks - beautiful tonality.
I'm especially pleased to see them because today I went out and shot my first roll with my new 35/2.8 Summaron (a 1959 goggled one) - I have great hopes for it.

Thanks for all these friendly comments!
My darkroom prints indeed are a bit punchier - while scanning the negatives I apparently was so eager to preserve some detail in the dark end that the final result might be a bit pale.
I'll retry PP'ing the scans when I've got some more time.
