I just developed my first roll of film from a Fujica Half I picked up for $30. It's a viewfinder camera with zone focus and a working selenium meter that has an Auto mode or the choice of full manual control. Lens is a Hex 28mm f/2.8 and is pretty sharp and has that signature Hex goodness.
It's my first half-frame experience and it fulfilled what I was hoping for: sharp images that are also very grainy.
Film: APX100, Developer: Rodinal 1:50

Very nice, Gene! I've been curious about the Fujica half's (halves?) for a while, but haven't made one a priority, since i've got Oly Pens coming out of my ears...
By the way, love your gardening blog!

I like my Fujica Drive.
real automation for 1965 and so economical on film.

Thanks Cale. I'll be glad to think about gardening again! Sounds like you've been doing half frame for some time.
xayraa33, I'll have to google the Fuji Drive to see what it looks like.

Not yet, Todd. You wouldn't have an extra Pen-F for sale by any chance? I get the itch to own one every time I see one!

My Bell & Howell Dial 35 is one of my favorite cameras. I like the wide, scale focus lenses where darn near everything is in focus as long as you're close.
