Looking at a couple of the US official retailers for Zeiss, price has gone up. Looks like running price for a ZI is now $1,408.00. Not that it was unexpected, but FYI....

I saved $99 dollars by purchasing a Zeiss ZM body/lens combination before the price increase, thanks to a heads up about the impending price increase on an earlier post. If I keep "saving" money this way, I'll soon be in the poorhouse.

In three years or so my price has stayed the same, but the dollar clients need to send more and more each time for me to get my price.
