Thursday's Street Thread' is just a bunch of us showing some of their street photography and talking about it.
This thread is not about whether you like street photography as a genre, or whether it even exists as a genre. It is all about photographic images and their merits or faults within the genre. Constructive criticism is the key word. Please, comment on the images, and post your street photos for the constructive comments of others.
There's no membership requirement, no criteria, no voting, and no limit to the number of photos posted. The only 'rule' is that Thursday's Street Thread is about commenting on other people's pictures at least as much as it is about showing your own.
If you can, post images as thumbnails or attachments rather than as full-scale images, to keep the thread readable and fast-loading and to keep the server load low.
Anybody can start the thread on a Thursday morning.
Anybody can join in.

SergioGuerra : there's a lot for me to like in this image. framing/composition is very nice. there's the triangle of reds with the pole-cone-"do not" sign. the red of the hose snaking into the image is nice as well (though i wish it continued on a little longer through the image). i also like the detail of the various graffiti tags across the walls. the trio of individuals in matching white is nice but i wish you had maybe waited until they were a little more separated - not so bunched together. i feel like the repetition of their white uniforms would have worked better compositionally as such. i do like it though. thanks for sharing.

Lazar, you really have an excellent feel for the pano camera. I really like the images of urban spaces that you produce with it. So much detail to let my eye wander in. Really nice work.

This shot is strangely fascinating Steve, it doesn't look real.
It looks like someone posed and positioned the subjects at
precise points in the frame.
A strange slice of life, I like it!
Thanks Richard. It's not a picture I can see or plan in anything like the detail that's come out. A nice surprise when it happens.
Though I have come across various well known photographers whose names I don't remember who go to enormous lengths to set something like this up.

Sergio, a SciFi-like scene; I like it!
Lazar, as always perfect use of the panoramic format. Much to look at.
Steves street scene is a whole movie in one frame!
My examples for this week:
The first was shot in Lucca with an XA, the second in Pisa with the Kiev 4a/Jupiter-8

Thanks petronius.
Your left image is very strong. The reflections are cathing my eyes. From the thumb I thought the red and yellow are the leading subjects
