Today I opened a new release of russian photomagazine. There was an article about Giacomo Brunelli.

I do not know whether you knew him earlier but for me he was a new opening.

Very strong work. The atmosphere is incredible. The murky tones and tiny depth of field add a sense of mystery. The deadpan-centered compositions are a bit rigid, but they seem a deliberate strategy.
