Argust Day '08

Hi fellow Argonauts, once again Argust Day approaches, this year it falls on the 8th. Time to lock and load your favourite Argus for a day of fun shooting wherever you are !
So what Argus will you be shooting with?
I usually shoot with one of my C-3s but this year in the interest of something different and being less boring, I am trying to choose between an untried Argus Super Seventy-Five which wants 620 film but that's no problem since I can just trim a plastic 120 film spool to do the job of take spool and 120 film loads in just dandy or an untried CC (Colorcamera) which has a working meter or the equally wonderful and untried plastic fantastic C-twenty. I am leaning towards the C-twenty because it is a rangefinder .....doh! and also looks way cool in that special stylin Fifties design.

Yeah, it's tough to choose. I have a C-twenty as well, and may use it, but I'm leaning toward a Matchmatic C3, or a C4 , both of which are known to be good funtional cameras. I guess I have to decide soon.

Aha! I shall be at a music festival (Cropredy - real ale and beards obligatory), so might be a good one to take my Matchmatic to - if it's going to be sunny as, of course, the meter is dead as a doornail!

Well, I took the Matchmatic, the weather stank and I made a mighty mess of trying to match the numbers to a normal lightmeter. So lots of wildly under-exposed prints, blown-out skies, etc...

Ah well, I tried...
