Discovering RF
Just bought a LTM lens and need an adapter before I head of to San Fran this coming weekend (my first visit). Can someone pls suggest whether I go for these 'generic' adapters or a particular brand one? And where can i get one easily either in London/Uk (next 5 days) or have it posted to my office in San Francisco for next week?
thanks in advance

A couple of weeks ago I just walked in to a photographic shop in London and there were a couple of Leitz adapters on the secondhand shelf. I bought a 35mm one and it works fine. Based on reports in the forum here, I'd go for an original one or the CQ version. The question is, what was the name of the shop . . . errrrmmmm. Found the receipt - London Camera Exchange on The Strand, 35 quid. They had a lot of interesting stuff, including some Bessa bodies.
Actually, there are quite a number of places that will carry that sort of thing. A few minutes on the phone will find you one for sure.
