I have bought from them a number of times. Each time was a positive experience. Noriaki is great with communications and their postage is usually swift. No complaints from me. He actually does read your messages and requests (if you have any specific ones) and do act on them.

I bought a secondhand lens from him, it arrived in less than 3 days. I could not have guessed it was secondhand if he did not mentioned it in the ad. It was as new.

I would not hesitate to do business with him again.
