Requires a double cable release, many of these things do, exceptions are the Visoflex 2 and 3, and the second model of Canon mirror box.
I have a Viso 3 and had a Canon one which I stupidly included when I sold my 7s. I should have sold it seperately!!
Killfit and Komura also made these.

I don't know about the Accura refelex housing, but I know that the Komura LTM reflex housing and lenses use a different lens register distance (from film) than a real Visoflex I.

Real Leica Viso I's are quite cheap. It's the doo-dads that will kill you.

that is a good point, most of the non Leitz boxes were made to work with their own lens ranges. They will not work with Leitz lenses.

The unit originally had a short cable that went from the button behind the lever to the shutter release on the camera. The button does not go down; it goes up when the lever is pushed, raising. So a double cable release will not work. To use the unit on sale, two actions are required. Raise the mirror with the lever. Then push the shutter release on the camera. The mirror returns to viewing position when the lever is released.

John also has another excellent point. What accessories/lenses do you plan to use? The Accura units were "clones" of the Kilarflex/Kilarscope which have 78.8 mm registration. So Kilfitt lenses are obvious choices. But its adapters are hard to find. I know of only three lenses that mount directly - the 90mm Kilar, some 135mm Kilars, and a rare 135mm f3.8 Sun. The other Kilfitt basic lenses require a REZWI adapter, essentially a 14.5mm extension tube. Kilfitt (later Zoomar) AN and WE lenses require rare adapters. There are lots of bellows, particularly Accura bellows/Kopil and Kilfitt bellows, that can be found readily and cheaply.
