M3 Spare Parts

I'm looking for some spare parts for a very early (1955) double stroke M3.
Namely the clutch/brake mechanism thats on top of the idle gear between the sprocket shaft and the wind on lever gear.
Part number i have (taken from the M3 service manual) is 42-582.01-18.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
