I found the entire list of Kodak, Kodachrome processing labs that once existed. I found this in a book by Micheal Freeman.

When did all this plants close, I do not know.

In addition, during what I'd call the Film Age's "peak" (Between the late 80s and 2000), there were numerous independent labs handling K'chrome directly (I recall at least three labs in Manhattan doing this, between 1990-98). As recently as three years ago, I could drop off a few rolls to a shop here in Park Slope in the morning and have them back the following day (Fair Lawn; I couldn't get E6 turned around that fast without a rush charge or going into Manhattan myself. Miss that.

I know that Berkey was doing it for a while, and IIRC, they were one of the litigants in the legal brouhaha over the unbundling of Kodachrome and the processing. Berkey, at the time, seemed to have the lion's share of the drugstore processing, and, in my not so humble opinion, did a rather vile job on color prints.
