A few years ago I had my Rollei 35s serviced by John Waller in the UK and he had spares. Unfortunately, I can't find his page on the web anymore - but maybe someone else knows if he's still doing this?
The other place worth trying is DAG Cameras - he sometimes has spares for the Rollei 35 series of cameras. It's probably best to email him. His website is here:
