MP deals and advice!

well a chrome MP 0.58 in perfect boxed condition might soon be going in the classifieds courtesy of me. Not sure yet as I kinda want to keep it (picked it up in a set to get hold of some lenses) but suspect I wont be able to justify hanging onto it (despite looking for a nice one for ages). What a finder - makes that 28 niiiiiiice to use.

I saw a BP 35 cron going for $1700 last year (as new) and passed on it as I could not stomach spending the cash. what a fool I was...

PS the Robert White demo looked to me as if it has done a fair amount of demonstrating. The sent me pics about 6 weeks ago after I enquired about it and it is in OK shape but certainly not mint. With the exchange rate as it is it makes it an OK deal though for US buyers.

PPS I also picked up a user SS M3 which had just come back from a CLA... for $450 - v happy! Its got plenty of scuffs and rubs, but with a clean and perfect finder a full CLA under its belt and a 6 month warranty that cannot be bad! So deals are out there and I suspect that the current economic climate will bring even more in time.
 
that is of course a great deal and great choice. an MP stand alone body cost 3500USD here in HK. If that kind of deal ever shows up I'd jump right in!!
