I'm here, posted 2 photos recently in the Gallery. Just got the camera and have been using a polaroid back. This has become my favorite camera, a joy to use. Looking forward to using 120 film soon...

I absolutely love my M7II. The 80mm does good for me and I love the images it produces. Very silent too. It's about time we united together!

I am a huge fan. My website is almost up and running and a good number of the images were shot on the 7II. Will post link when up.
Its not a lovely 'thing' like a Leica MP for example but an incredible tool that does its job. The IQ is something else....

I love mine too but it's currently in camera hospital due to an unlucky bump.
My main lens in the 65mm, with the 80m being the only other I currently have. They are both stunning. If I had the money I'd get a 50mm too.
I like using it more than my Leica cameras and especially like the 6x7 frame and large negs.

The 7II is one of my favourites (actually 2 of them). Personally, I don't have much overlap between how I use this camera versus my Leica M's. Given the bulk of carrying the Mamiya kit, I find that if I add an "M" kit as well, I just cant work/move fast enough for what I like with just one system. The 65mm is my main lens, but I do love the 43mm as well.

I use a slingshot bag (200) and sometimes carry a light M7II outfit (2-3 lenses) and the Leica in the end compartment. When shooting, I have found I quite like having the slingshot up against my chest with the M7II ready for shots that are more 'epic' in nature and work mainly with the Leica for the 'smaller' stuff.
I am going to get a domke f2/f1x bag so I can carry my M7II kit and a two lens Leica kit together. In India I really missed the speed of the leica when wandering alleys and shooting more fluid work where I needed more shots per roll and more inherent DOF. I frequently use both systems totally separately but they can be made to work together. The Leica out ready for action with the M7II only a few seconds away for more scenic work where I have a few seconds to prepare.
Rather than kit per se, my current area of focus is on how to carry the appropriate kit and confess to certain frustrations at not being able to find the right sort of bag. I am hoping the modestly padded domke will hit the mark though.

I love the image quality but have been shooting my M4-P and Lumix G1 alot these days. The 65mm lens is my regular. I also have the 150mm but can't seem to find a good reason to use it. It doesn't close focus enough to use as a portrait lens.

I've had my 7II and 80mm lens for about a month and it is a wonderful camera. It's my first 6x7 so I need to get used to the new format. Image quality of the 80mm is amazing. Todd Hanz posts great images in the Gallery.
I also have a Mamiya 6 which I also really enjoy. I love the fact that the lens retracts and that it is 6x6. I thought that the 7II would be about the same size as the 6 but it's a little bulky in comparison. The 7's height is enough to make it a little difficult to get in and out of my Domke F-X5B (which fits my 6 plus two lenses with no problem)

Yay! Mine is back from camera hospital so I can use it again. Looking forward to it. For some reason I haven't been able to get used to the Leica format again.
Sweet....

I still have mine just haven't used it as much I should lately.
I only own the 80mm, would really like to get the 43mm though.
The image quality is stunning as shown in "Double Negatives" Links above, but it really sings when shot wide open.
...and not so wide open
I really need to drag mine out and shoot more.

Very nice shots guys.
I just acquired a 7 and a 43mm lens a day ago from a fellow RFF'r. The first test pics, even in tiny scans, have been promising. I was worried I wouldn't be able to shoot inside at f4.5, but with decent sharpness handheld at 1/8th, I'm much encouraged. Curious to see prints.

All the shots here looks amazing...I am tempted ONCE AGAIN... I stopped myself at least 5 times not buying the m7II in the past.

I'm a wannabe M7 shooter, but can't afford one at the moment - at least not with a suitable scanner. I did briefly consider swapping my ZI and lenses though
