Arkay Flipper dryer question

Hi All,

Having purchased a bunch of darkroom gear off craigslist I acquired an Arkay flipper F-18C fiber paper dryer. I just used it for the first time tonight and ended up with my prints stuck to the surface and ruined. I have searched the internet for an instruction manual but to no avail. Does anyone have experience with this unit? I had the temp set to medium and used Illford fiber Glossy.

It has been years since I used one, but... I used Kodak Photo-flat with my prints. I warmed the dryer up first. Squeegeed the prints onto the dryer and waited. I would check the fabric for dryness with my hand prior to attempting to remove the print. It took some practice until I got them right, but the biggest problem I had was not having them release. I believed this was caused by the prints not being dry enough. Good luck.
