Buy non-functioning cameras cheaply and scavenge from them.

no idea really ... but i would try any local camera repair place and failing that a jeweler /watch-clock repair guy

The trouble with non functioning cameras is that the shipping is often more than $20, which makes for some expensive screws.

Any chance of a local camera repair shop nearby? Maybe a trip to them might yield some small screws laying around in a parts bin.

By as-is camera lots on Ebay. I picked up four Fed2's, Fed 1, and a Zorki C for $30 inclusive of shipping. Repaired a number of cameras with the parts. The RF trim rings of the Fed 2 fit a Canon bottom-loader perfectly.
Some of these set screws are triple-zero size. Hard to find. Some seem custom made for the lenses. I've accumulated parts for J-3's and J-8's, out of parts lenses. Seems they are all one-of-a king screws on these things. There are exceptions, I used screws from an Olympus RD to fix a Canon 50/1.5.

Believe it or not I've been able to find some pretty tiny screws and stuff in both metric and SAE at hardware stores. Bring in a sample screw or nut and a magnifying glass and go through their bins. I came up w/ some for my Speed Graphic this way. If they are really tiny you'll have to try a jeweler or camera repair shop, although my guess is that the latter aren't going to go out of their way to sell you 60 cents worth of screws. Thrift store cameras are a possibility too.
