Hi all,
So I'm considering the M8.2 and need some basic info compared to my M7. My current setup: M7 (.72 finder) +35+50 Crons latest versions. I wear glasses and .72 finder suits me best. The 35mm lens I use 90% of the time.
Are the M8.2 framelines more or less similar to the M7 for the 28,35,50 FL lens range? I know M8.2 has a .68 mag finder but in practical shooting terms are the framelines comparable?
Secondly, is there much difference between .72 and .68 mag in real terms? I previously tried an M7 .58 mag and though it was bearable, it certainly wasn't comfortable to use.
Lastly, are the M8.2 framelines as accurate as the M7 (Yes, I do find the M7 lines to be accurate!!)?
I know these are basic questions but this is a big investment for me so any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

Either my questions above were very obvious and we're too dumb to warrant advice or a response :bang: or nobody has used both an M8 and M7 to be able to help.
Anyone?...please

The framelines indicate the field of view of the focal length mounted on the camera for that camera, irrespective of the model. There is no mental calculation required of the user. The lines are more or less of the same accuracy on the M7 and the M8.2.
The framelines on the M8 are: 24-28-35-50-75-90
In general, if you wear glasses it may be worth considering using a diopter for comfort, both for the M7 and the M8.2.
