Still a good price for that camera, which has some neat features for super wides.

They cost € 899 from Zeiss in Germany, (incl. 19% German VAT), should equal Net $ 1,000 ex. VAT in the tax free haven of USA. Yes, that was cheap. But if I could get a similar fraction back of what I paid for my M8 I would be very glad.... I regard just any film camera to be paper weights these days. Unless they have the engraving: 'Persönliches Eigentuhm Adolf Hitlers'. Then it will get a place in the cupboard.
