A bagpipe-playing pirate attired in a kilt with a tricorn hat atop his head and a plastic sword in the scabbard hanging from his belt invades Clown Fest 2009. Perhaps he didn't read his e-mail carefully and showed up on the wrong day? He did elicit laughs and stares, so maybe he qualifies.
