Just got mine in w/ 20mm 1.7 from Amazon.com. Had a 2 week wait, free shipping. $899

Amazon's price is right, but I wonder who I pissed off there: my GF1 + 20mm kit has been on order for well over a month and still no firm shipping date from Amazon.com. There's no way am I paying the gouge-a-rific prices some vendors are showing. Everyday I check the order page and see the "Still Not Shipped" ... waiting sucks hehehehe :bang:

thanks Chaser! I kept looking for it on Panasonic's site to order it direct, but I guess my search skills are sub-par this time around!

EDIT: sadly Panasonic charges tax in CA, which means it's $81 more expensive than from amazon for me :-/

i didn't think so but was trying to figure out the price of the body alone.
the kits go for 899 with lens, the 20 goes for 389 on it's own...

i might try for a trade for a gf1 body...
