Yes indeed, there are TWO versions.
Type A multi format for film/M9, M8/8.2, and the RD1
Type B for MICRO 4/3 cameras.

The difference should be crop factor, not aspect ratio. The type B has up to 2X crop factor, which is useful for most micro 4/3 cameras.

Type B comes with normal, 1.3X and 2.0 X markings.
You can see an image of the Type A with the 'magnified' focal length windows for 1.3X and 1.5X scales.
