The world is bokeh crazy... if I see another boring portrait or tree branch isolated with a "beautiful bokeh", I'm going to croak. These filters are even worse turd polishers.
And to think I just paid thousands of dollars for a lens that would let me photograph my Star Wars action figures against a background of envelope-shaped highlights.
I've seen a lot of disturbingly fake looking out of focus areas in commercial photography lately. It just kind of catches your eye and something looks not right.
