Looks like it's the filter that is cracked, rather than the front element. A little too hard to tell from the pics for sure though.
Would love to come across one of those in a thrift store one day! I haven't even seen the usual junker 80's autofocus P&S's lately, I wonder if they quit taking film cameras.

The bid is now over $500. I love watching these Goodwill auctions. Poor pictures, poorer descriptions and people willing to donate far more than what they could buy it on eBay from a reputable dealer.
