Just wondering about the leica-oskar-barnack-award-contest.

I dont see it anywhere in the rules but do the photographs that enter this contest have to be taken with a Leica and a Leica lens?

It is not about Leica gear - last year's young award winner Nahr uses Canon Eos 5d or so.

I was a runner-up in the Barnack Awards many years ago. I received a book and a bronze Oskar Barnack medal which I still have. At that time there was no requirement for any specific camera, although I happened to take my entry with a Leica,
