Suggest a tiny RF full-frame for me

I absolutely love your attitude! If there is a singe piece of advice I can give you, it is never to get caught up in the expensive stuff! You don't need it!

Shot two rolls on the Minister D when I finished sorting the shutter. While I had the Minister apart I bought an Electro and a Lynx... whoops!

He did now, didn't he! I saw a 500G go for $NZ30 a week ago, it had no picture on the auction though and I had no idea it was a compact rangefinder (and such a tasty looking thing too). Damn! Well, I'll look for another. 40mm appeals, I know it's not much wider than the normal 45mm but every little bit helps for the type of photos I've decided I want to use the compact for.
 
Another vote for the 500G but be warned, if you're in it for the tinkering, those Japanese compacts as a group aren't very service-friendly. Lots of plastic and glue and that hideous black foam that has invariably turned to gunk 30 years later.

That said, replacing the foam on the 500G is easier than on most. Some black felt from the craft store all around the door did the job on mine. I used it happily for a year or so, then the rewind button stopped working, read I need a changing bag to take my film out now. It's been relegated to shelf duty.

there is a black Canon QL 17 on Trade Me now .... will NOT go cheaply but will I think need a full service, there is a guy in Wellywood that's highly recommended.

I would suggest you look at a good Olympus OM-1 or OM-2 as they are beautiful little cameras
