Bought several times from them, first time was not too good - 5 day's after promising to post they still had not shipped it. I like them and have found David very good to deal with but if we are being honest here they really should sharpen their act up when it comes to answering emails and posting items out - Is such behaviour, as seems common from this thread, *really* acceptable from a dealer? No way!
It won't stop me dealing with them again but always by telephone and always reiterating "You will be posting that to me by DHL straight away won't you?".

I'm not in the camera business but have bought/sold countless items on eBay personally and have always posted any item out the same day I've been paid for it, if even a rank amateur like myself, and I guess many others of us on here who've done the same, can realise how important this is and actually achieve it why can't so many businesses manage this simple task when it's their lifeblood to retain customers and keep them happy?

I ordered from MW Classic and then saw this thread. Now I can confirm: (1) they are extremely slow at answering emails. Actually I never got an answer to mine. (2) They are extremely slow at shipping goods - I ordered on Jan 3 and received the package on Jan 27. (3) An order receipt does not mean that you will actually receive what you want - out of three items one was sold to someone else before it was shipped to me. (4) They do make mistakes while packing - I ordered the early type Rollei panorama head and received the later one. Out of three things I wanted I have one - a Rollei Bay I green filter. I guess I should be happy they didn't send me a red or blue one.

Bought a Canon P from them, better condition than described & cheaper than online auctions.
Emails a bit slow, but always replied & were friendly.
