First photo visit to Dungeness today - just as the clouds cleared for an hour.
Was mainly working with my Mamiya 6 tripod and medium format black and white film, but as I had the ep2 and Leica 21mm lens with me I thought I would do some of my Pen-Ography there.

The results, especially the colours and light, blew me away. Will certainly do some more Pen-Ography there soon - as well as complete the more classica black and white project
Please take a quick look at todays ep2 pics from Dungeness and let me know what you think:

Love them but personally I'd be tempted to try and PP the vignetting out of them. Just not a look I like.
Ironically, the distant birds in the one above (left half of horizon) look like dust.

Thanks
That would be easy to do since I shot in raw so the Pen-Ographic look I have here is only on the jpegs. But as I like this style myself I won't be doing that, and in any case for cleaner more classical photos I will work on the Mamiya 6 negs

Nice and interesting shots in your Flickr collection. I prefer the ones more graphic than the descriptive ones, but this is just my taste.

Nice set. Not so into the vignetting, only because these pre-set art filters have this look popping everywhere unfortunately. Nonetheless, thanks for sharing!

Thanks - I'm enjoying the vignetting right now
I just uploaded another 22 ... only a few more to edit now
Here is one e from the recently edited crop

Updated set on flickr:

Dungeness is an amazing place and a photographer's dream
I've been dreaming of going for ages but it exceeded my expectations
Mind you Hastings isn't too bad either (set from there coming soon)
And i'm doing Bexhill tomorrow before the Easter weekend is over and it is back to real work!

I'm confused about the vignetting. Is this an intentional special effect you were going for, or due to the use of a 21 mm M lens adapted for the EP-2?

It is a digital filter that the camera can apply to the image. I use a cv 21mm and there is no vignetting--unless I use the digital filter.
I could add vignetting in Photoshop as well.
