Check Out The Price And Items Of This Auction!!

Looks like a scam auction via a hijacked account. That's why the "bid" price is so high and the seller wants you to contact them directly rather than via eBay.
 
A wife selling her husband's camera and lenses, most of which are in "origional" condition, for such an *evil* price?

Glad I didn't marry her! I doubt they're married much longer.
 
Definitely a hijacked account. Check out the other items for sale vs. those previously sold via the feedback score. Up till now, everything has been sold from that account has been World of Warcraft gold sold on German ebay. Now, Leicas, Hassys, CNC routers...
 
Looks like a scam to me too. That 28 Elmarit is a rare 1st version with the infinity stop. It alone is worth close to the $1700 that is quoted further down in the listing.
 
If you look at the other items the "seller" has up for auction, you`ll see
that they also have the BIN $1700 feature in the description. I`m thinking
of e-mailing to see if I actually "recive" an answer.

I saw this happen about a month ago. Same stuff with the same buy it now price on all the items then, the next day it all vanished.
 
I just reported it to EvilBay on line help via chat. For security issues they actually have made it much easier to report issues.

They have way too much cool stuff on auction, damn.

Thank the (incognito) RFF members that smoke out a lot of these scams and place super high bids. Ebay then is alerted more quickly to the scam and pulls the auctions.
