Found this on the UK 'bay site (from China of course).
Does this look correct to you gents? I didn't think it was possible, but I'd be very happy to be proved wrong.

It's not possible without corrective optics. For Zenith M39 SLR lenses the adapter is too thin, for Leica thread mount rangefinder lenses it is much too thick (i.e. it would require negative thickness). At best you can take macro photos on an Olympus SLR with it. Don't buy it.
