CV and Leica sales?

Well, then I guess there'll be no way to know... I thought than information was published every year... I think I was wrong...

At least with Leica this data is not published every year as these are sales/industrial secrets. No company that I know of would provide its competition with inside information. Again, with Leica, specific sales info is generally shared about a decade later.

EDIT: Due to competition financial reports generally report gross numbers, not by specific model.

OK... Maybe in a few years we will be able to see Voigtländer's sales evolution compared to Leica's during Voigt's first 10 years... I'm just curious...

Many of us want this data! Leica had a very slow beginning because cameras were not its business. I suspect VC's first years will evolve quickly as there is a large inventory of RF cameras and sells at a great price point; Leica did not have this advantage having to invent 35mm photography!
