If this lens would focus down to 0.7m, I would definitely sell my cron 75. In fact, I am regularly tempted to sell the 'cron, which is one of my most used lenses, for the CV 75 (and a wad of cash).

Awesome shots, particularly that snake man! And you're right - it's a lens that deserves more love.
This is wide open, closest focus, 1/15th I think on Kodak E100G trannie.

Both with R3A and 75/2.5 on XP2. The 75/2.5 works very well in the MFD format also.
