I'll start with one,
Kim Coxon's excellent site, with some great instructions for FSU lens CLA and free-for-download repair manuals.

I found the sets of fellow Dutchman Hans Kerensky on Flickr very useful to disassemble a lot of differnt gear. His sets show in detail what to expect and how to proceed.
Thought I'd just share here!

For LF projects there are many a site. But start here at fellow compatriot Jon Grepstad's site and you'll find many of them through the links page.
Main site: http://home.online.no/~gjon/
A treasure trove of a projects a resources inks page: http://home.online.no/~gjon/camerabuilders.htm
Relevance to RF? Well there are more than a few RF LF cameras out there being modified every day. One such site: http://homepages.ihug.com.au/~razzle/

An excellent link for the Summitar. The LTM Summicron is very close, I have done one of those myself.

I acquired a Welta 9x12 plate camera for EUR 5.00

Had the lenses clean in no-time (all elements unscrew, cool!) but the shutter is stuck at 1/200th. I hope its only gummed up and will have a go at this procedure this evening.

creating your own ground glass
creating your own ground glass
A page on creating your own ground glass for view cameras, and possibly other types of cameras as well.
Takes little investing, but approx. 1 hour of grinding window glass to get the better results. Quick approach leaves you with good glass in 15 minutes.
Next action in restoring that 9x12 plate Welta I got, now that the shutter fires again
