Bear with me here. I'm interested in other aspects of other photographers' lives. To that end, ten questions:

1. Should you find yourself to be male, with what manner of razor do you shave?
2. Manual or automatic transmission?
3. Do you fish?
4. Do you enjoy woodworking?
5. What other activities do you enjoy in a way similar to how you enjoy photography?

1 Always found myself male so far. Haven't shaved in decades.
2 Series Land Rover (several manual gearboxes)
3 Certainly not
4 Terrible untrustworthy stuff, wood. Give me metal every time.

8 Yes. In fact I've written several cookbooks

1. Gillette Fusion razor.
2. Manual transmission.
3. I do not fish.
4. I do not enjoy woodworking.
5. I enjoy riding my motorcycle, skydiving, and 'urban exploration.'
6. Pen. Pilot V5.
7. Red, then black.
8. I can't cook...
9. Musical artist, Jack White. Photographer, Edward Burtynsky.
10. Currently listening to Maps by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

A: Manual but modern razor, brand? whatever my wife got for me.

A: Love manual, but currently driving automatic.

A: No, I like boating though.

A: Based on what I read about it, yes. If only I can squeeze the time to pursue it.

5. What other activities do you enjoy in a way similar to how you enjoy photography?
A: Travel, it doesn't have to be far.

A: Pen, a Fisher SpacePen.

7. Blue ink or black? (or......?)
A: Don't care.

8. Do you like to cook?
A: See answer no. 4.

9. Favorite artist?
A: Anyone I've never heard of before whose art-piece knocks my socks off.

A: I like Japanese Jazz/Rock/Pop songs. Try "Gontiti"

Hiking, cycling.

Pencil. Pentel mechanical, 0.7mm

1. Merkur double-sided razor with sable brush and cake soap.
2. Both, but I prefer manual.
3. No.
4. Yes.
5. Camera building.
6. Both. Pen: Pelikan M100 w/bottled Parker Quink blue/black ink; because of the ease of writing. Pencil: 0.7mm mechanical Pentel or Faber Castelle; best compromise between fine lead that doesn't easily break when writing/drawing heavy-handed.
7. Blue/black Parker Quink in fountain pens. For ballpoints, I prefer blue.
8. Yes.

3. Once did, but in the meantime rather loathsome fishing clubs seem to have bought up every possible patch of water hereabouts

Currently auto, prefer manual

I love fishing, but I don't have the chance to do it often

Yes

Drawing, painting

6. Pen or pencil, and what kind?
Cheap Bic pens for writing. Staedtler Lumograph pencils for drawing.

7. Blue ink or black? (or......?)
Black

8. Do you like to cook?
Yes

9. Favorite artist?
Salvador Dalí, Revok, El Mac (had the chance to photograph him earlier this year, he's a cool guy) I also quite admire my best friend Brenda's paintings

Right now I'm listening to "On a Foggy Night" by Tom Waits (great song) I mostly listen to jazz, oldschool rap, reggae and rock

Listening to a Haydn string quartet. I am male and not driven to change that. Sometimes I stop taking pictures when I walk and just enjoy noticing things. Heavily into cinema especially French arthouse stuff.
