Scratch on new summicron inner element

I just bought a brand new 50mm Summicron from Robert White, and I love it. However, I have noticed upon very close inspection, that one of the inner elements has a scratch of some kind.

Should I return it?

Hope you can see it on the picture. It's between the words "Leica" and "Summicron".

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, return it. You paid way too much for a flawed lens if you bought it new. It should be perfect.

If the lens is scratched or flawed then it should be returned.

Robert White is one of the very best dealers out there, and I'm sure that Robert would just exchange if for another one.

Thanks for the replies. I'll send it back. I agree, Robert White is the very best. I just hope I can get a new lens by next weekend, when I'm going on a trip.
